Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has unanimously granted an ex parte order of stay of execution in favour of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The judgment of the court of appeal overrides the judgment of the FCT High Court that suspended Oshiomhole as chairman of the party.
The Stay of Execution means that Oshiomhole remains national chairman of the ruling party in Nigeria.
The judges had set aside the order against Oshiomole and also restrained Mustapha Salihu and others from interfering in the affairs of APC.
