The National Industrial Court on Monday granted an interim order restraining the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) from embarking on a strike on Wednesday.
Justice O. Y. Anuwe issued the order and adjourned further hearings until June 19.
