Horrific footage shows a female self-confessed ‘child-kidnapping witch doctor’ stripped naked and beaten before being sexually assaulted.
The distressing clip was filmed in Nigeria and shows an angry mob of men bearing down on the woman, hitting her with wooden sticks and yelling at her.
The woman – it is reported – had been caught red-handed trying to lure away young children with promises of ice cream in the south east Nigerian state of Imo.
But the brutal mob turned the tables on the alleged child snatcher, who was subjected to a brutal beating as she was paraded naked around a village.
The grim footage – recorded on a mobile phone and uploaded to YouTube – shows her face and breasts bloodied as she is beaten by the angry horde.
At one point the woman can be seen crumpled on the floor with a large tyre around her neck.
Necklacing is a common execution method across Africa, which sees victims forced to wear a tyre filled with petrol around their neck which is then set on fire.
Chronicle NG reports that the self-confessed kidnapper begs for her life as the yelling men close in on her but she is pinned down spread-eagled while being repeatedly sexually assaulted.
