    Chelsea are willing to pay £100m for top target, Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen, 24, of Napoli. (Football Insider)

    Osimhen has been linked to a number of Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Arsenal.

    Chelsea are in discussions with France midfielder N’Golo Kante, 31, over a new two-year contract, with the option of a further year at Stamford Bridge. (Fabrizio Romano)

    The Blues are disappointed with former manager, German Thomas Tuchel, for making public his desire to take highly-rated English coach Anthony Barry to Bayern Munich. (Telegraph – subscription required)
