The Action People’s Party has dropped its petition in the ongoing procedures challenging President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential election.
Obed Agu, the party’s counsel, disclosed this during Wednesday’s proceedings.
Justice Tsammani Haruna, the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit in a concise order.
