A British man was killed in a hit-and-run incident involving a vehicle in Kenyan President William Ruto’s motorcade. Edgar Charles Frederick, 79, died on Thursday after being struck in an accident on a prominent route in Nairobi, the capital. Police arrested the driver of the vehicle who was later released on bail.
