The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won 20 of the 23 local government areas in Saturday’s Chairmanship and Councillorship elections. In contrast, the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission’s poll yielded only three LGAs for the state’s ruling Peoples Democratic Party.
