Twitter’s board has armed itself against a possible hostile takeover – a day after billionaire Elon Musk made a $43bn offer to buy the platform. NDLEA chairman, Buba Marwa on Thursday said that ten per cent of people between the ages of 15 to 64 use drugs in the Federal Capital Territory.
