Alhaji Magaji Makau, the district head of Ruwan Rana in Zamfara State’s Bukkuyum Local Government Area, and five others have been kidnapped by bandits. The bandits on motorbikes were said to have invaded the village on Saturday night and started firing intermittently, prompting inhabitants to flee for safety.
