PETROAN says NNPC has engaged American firm to assess PH refinery

The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited said that it has finished the supply of 475,000 barrels of crude oil to the Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited. The SPDC stated that this was in line with the Federal Government’s objective to develop domestic refining capacity and make petroleum products more widely available in the country.
