Operatives of the Kaduna State Police Command have arrested a notorious bandit and recovered ransom. The command’s public relations officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, confirmed the arrest in a statement on Tuesday in Kaduna. A Palestinian medical official announced on Monday the closure of the Kuwaiti hospital in Gaza’s city of Rafah. Kuwaiti Hospital was one of the two hospitals functioning in Gaza’s southernmost city, Rafah, due to the Israeli military operation in the city. “We announce the closure of the Kuwait Specialised Hospital and the transfer of medical staff to the field hospital being prepared in the vicinity,” Suhaib Al-Hams, the hospital’s director, said. Operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have uncovered a massive illegal refinery site and arrested three suspects in the Odagwa community, Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
