President Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany will arrive in Nigeria on Tuesday on a state visit for two days. The German Embassy made this disclosure in a statement on Monday. Bandits in Zamfara State have rejected N3m offered as ransom for the release of 26 abducted persons from Gidan-Goga village, Maradun Local Government Area.
