The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 576 confirmed new coronavirus cases in the country on Saturday. The 576 cases announced by the Centre for Disease Control takes the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 89,163. A chief Imam of a village in kaduna has been murdered by unknown gunmen. The bandits invaded Kawaran Rafi village in Igabi local government area of Kaduna state, killed the Imam, Danleeman Isah and the Sarkin Yaki of Godogodo, Mr Yohanna Abu.
