The incident occurred on Jan. 3, 2016, where 38 shops and goods worth millions of naira were destroyed. Gov. The Federal Ministry of Health through the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has provided resources, including medical supplies, to support the management and control of Lassa fever in Lagos State. Dr Joshua Obasanya, Director, Prevention and Programmes Coordination Department, NCDC, made the disclosure in a statement in Abuja on Friday.
