YouTube has lifted restrictions from videos showing Swaziland’s reed dance, which feature bare-breasted women. A spokesperson for the video-sharing platform told the BBC that YouTube allows nudity when “culturally relevant or properly contextualised”. Pope Francis have began intercession for Italian priest, Fr Maurizio Pallu, 63, who was kidnapped with four others after arriving Benin City, Edo state on Thursday. Nigeria will soon begin to issue visas on arrival for all Africans, the African Union said Friday, in a major step toward the goal of free movement on the continent. A Federal High Court sitting in Kainji, Niger State, has sentenced 45 Boko Haram members to between 3 and 31 years in jail, and also freed 468 suspects. The jailed men were among the 575 Boko Haram suspects arraigned under the first phase of the mass trial of the suspects. Northern California’s wildfires have now killed 31 people, making this the deadliest week of wildfires in state history. Sonoma County sheriff Robert Giordano said Thursday night that two more people have been confirmed dead there. That raises the statewide death total from 29 to 31. The Oakland Hills fire of 1991 killed 29 people by itself. While no one fire currently burning has killed that many, collectively this is the deadliest series of simultaneous fires in the state since records have been kept.
