A 67-year-old woman, Beatrice Ogunyemi, is in urgent need of N4 million for brain surgery, her daughter says.
Her illness which began in December last year prompted a scan that revealed brain damage.
The result of the scan and doctor’s report from Foremost Radiology Consultants Limited was sighted by The Nation.
According to her daughter, Ms Esther Ogunyemi, her bedridden mother can hardly recognise people and respond to those around her.
The surgery is meant to prevent life-threatening complications and improve her condition.
Thus, she is appealing to well-meaning Nigerians for financial assistance towards the surgery.
“We need the assistance of well-meaning citizens of the country to save our mother. She is in critical condition. The doctor said she had an internal brain injury when she fell. We need N4 million to make her return to her normal healthy state,” she said.
