This was revealed in a statement signed by Femi Adesina, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, on Monday.

She was elected during the African First Ladies Peace Mission’s (AFLPM) 9th General Assembly on Monday in Abuja.

President Muhammadu Buhari, who opened the occasion, thanked the Nigerian First Lady for obtaining land on behalf of the First Ladies for the construction of a secretariat for the Mission in Abuja.
