    Celebrity disk jockey and singer, DJ Cuppy, has said that she does not give cash gifts to her fans because she feels it is a way of paying people to be your fans.

    Cuppy, daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, said this in a tweet on Monday.

    “To all my Cupcakes that complain I don’t do money giveaways, I hear you… BUT I’ve always felt like that was essentially paying people to be your fans?” she wrote.

    Typical of modern-day disk jockeys, Cuppy also has several hit songs in her name such as ‘Abena’, ‘Gelato’ and others.

    The singer had at one time being rumoured to be in a romantic relationship with Nigerian-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua.
