The senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has hinted that church elders are already investigating the rape allegations leveled against him.
Pastor Fatoyinbo who was accused of raping Busola Dakolo, wife of musician Timi Dakolo when she was just 16-years has denied her allegations.
But during his church’s Sunday service he said that the church elders were investigating the matter.
Pastor’s Fatoyinbo’s statement on the matter was delivered when his wife, Pastor Omodele Fatoyinbo denied claims that her husband was a rapist.

According to her, it is impossible for her husband to be a rapist.
Speaking during the Sunday service she said “My husband is not a rapist. Even if he was an unbeliever, he would not be a rapist.”
But before she finished her speech on the matter, her husband, took the microphone from her and said: “the elders are handling the matter.”
Pastor Fatoyinbo has also said he would seek legal redress in clearing his name in the rape matter that has sparked protests in Abuja and Lagos.
