    “So thankful to wear his badge”, Laolu Akande celebrates Osinbajo at 62

    Mr Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media & Publicity Office of the Vice President, has heaped praises on his boss, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo as he turned 62 on Friday.

    In a series of tweets on his official Twitter account, Mr. Akande described Vice President Osinbajo as a god-fearing, hard-working and illustrious man of the people.

    He added that Prof. Osinbajo who was re-elected alongside President Muhammadu Buhari on February 23 is focused, thankful and forward looking man.

    “VP Osinbajo is 62 today. Happy birthday and many happy returns of the day to a god-fearing, hard-working and illustrious man of the people.

    “So thankful to wear his badge. As his days, so shall his strength, wisdom & favour be in Jesus mighty name. Amen,” he tweeted with a graphic design of the Professor of Law.

    He then followed it up with another tweet that read, “Prof Osinbajo is 62 today: focused, thankful & forward looking.”

    Mr. Akande is not alone in celebrating the Vice President of Nigeria as social media is awash with congratulatory messages for Prof. Osinbajo.

    The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E. A. Adeboye also prayed for the Vice President on his birthday. “Happy Birthday Pastor Prof Osinbajo, I pray that my Daddy will continue to strengthen you and grant you wisdom to surmount all the challenges life brings your way in the name of Jesus,” he tweeted.
