Kylie Jenner made her Victoria’s Secret runway debut in a $50 million diamond-encrusted bra as the lingerie brand revived its iconic Fantasy Bra for the first time since 2018.
The show, held in Los Angeles on Sunday, featured the extravagant creation designed by luxury jeweller Jacob & Co.
The bra was adorned with 91 large white diamonds weighing between five and 18 carats each, alongside a yellow diamond weighing more than 75 carats at its centre.
According to CNN, 15 artisans spent more than 1,000 hours creating the dazzling piece.
Victoria’s Secret revives iconic Fantasy Bra
The Fantasy Bra has been a signature feature of Victoria’s Secret since 1996, when the brand began showcasing elaborate, jewel-encrusted bras in its fashion campaigns and runway events.
German model Claudia Schiffer was the first to wear a Fantasy Bra during a photo shoot, while Swedish model Elsa Hosk wore the last version to appear on the runway in 2018.
Both pieces were valued at approximately $1 million, making Jenner’s $50 million outfit significantly more expensive.
Jenner’s appearance was among the highlights of the show, which attracted celebrities including Timothée Chalamet, Kris Jenner, Nicole Kidman and Dylan Sprouse.
Bella Hadid opened the runway presentation wearing green floral wings, while veteran Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima made her 21st appearance for the brand.
Other models included Candice Swanepoel, Joan Smalls, Paloma Elsesser, Alex Consani, Gigi Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio.
Megan Thee Stallion, Tate McRae perform at show
The event also featured performances by girl group Katseye, rapper Megan Thee Stallion and singer Tate McRae, who debuted her new single, “Housewife”.
“The wings are so much lighter this year, so the girls are really walking,” Consani said backstage.
The show also continued the brand’s efforts to attract new models and audiences.
Solange Omon was announced as the winner of Angels Among Us, a YouTube reality series created to discover a new model through an open casting competition.
The programme was spearheaded by Adam Selman, who became Victoria’s Secret chief creative officer in April 2025.
Victoria’s Secret faces pressure over representation
Victoria’s Secret has faced criticism over its representation of women and its traditional emphasis on a narrow body type.
The company introduced plus-size and transgender models during its 2024 comeback show, although some critics described the changes as tokenistic.
In early 2026, chief executive Hillary Super told Fortune that the company was committed to diversity “without being performative, where we have to check every box”.
The latest show highlights Victoria’s Secret’s continued effort to balance its established glamour-focused identity with changing expectations around representation and fashion.
