Nigerian comedian and skit maker, Adebowale “Debo” Adedayo popularly called MC Macaroni, has described the President Bola Tinubu-led administration as the most “useless government” in history.
Mr Macaroni made the statement in reaction to the gruesome massacre of residents in Jos, Plateau state by terrorists.
Chronicle NG reports that terrorists on Palm Sunday, invaded the Angwan Rukuba area of Jos, killing over 15 people.
The incident has attracted condemnation from well-meaning Nigerians, with many demanding the arrest and prosecution of the culprits.
Speaking on the incident, the comic actor in a statement on X on Monday, bemoaned that “Nigerians wake up everyday to lament one tragedy or the other.”
Describing the insecurity in the country as “heart-wrenching,” he mentioned that the occurrences has brought unbearable pains to Nigerians.
His statement on X reads, “President @officialABAT is running the most useless government in the history of useless governments.
“How many more Nigerians have to die due to abysmal level of incompetence?
“Nigerians wake up everyday to lament one tragedy or the other. Unbearably heart-wrenching.”
The Plateau state government has since imposed a 48-hour curfew in Jos North in a bid to restore normalcy in the state capital.”
