Yomi Gold, the Nollywood actor, has revealed a near-death experience while in Morocco, crediting a swift emergency response for saving his life.

The 45-year-old film star collapsed recently in Marrakech after suffering a sudden, severe headache. He was rushed to the hospital and stabilised by an emergency medical team.

In a now-deleted video posted to his Instagram on Tuesday, Gold thanked his fans and well-wishers for their support.

He expressed profound gratitude, adding, “I give thanks to God for preservation, for life, and for everyone He used to reach out, pray, and check on me. May we never take health, time, or one another for granted. Every moment is grace”.

The film star also shared an update on his health on Wednesday, stating,”God is the greatest, I’m well and feeling great. No panic.I thank everyone who has reached out to me. Thank you for your love and prayers”.
