Tinubu must seek divine intervention to fight terrorism, not technology – Primate Ayodele

The leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has advised President Bola Tinubu to seek divine intervention rather than rely on technology in tackling Nigeria’s security challenges.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the cleric said the current crisis facing the Tinubu administration is the fulfilment of a prophecy he gave in 2023, warning that “nemesis” would fight his government if he emerged victorious.

Primate Ayodele linked the recent diplomatic tension between Nigeria and the United States, following alleged comments by US President Donald Trump, to what he described as “spiritual retribution” against Tinubu’s leadership.

“Tinubu is reaping what he sowed. The alleged Christian genocide is meant to fight his government. I said in 2023 that if Tinubu wins, nemesis will battle his administration. If he doesn’t address this spiritually, America will attack his government,” he said.

The prophet alleged that Washington’s interest in Nigeria’s security and religious issues is a strategic move to “penetrate and weaken” Tinubu’s government ahead of a possible second term.

“America’s plan to fight terrorism is just a way to infiltrate Tinubu’s government and destabilise him. He must find a divine solution, not depend on technology,” Ayodele stated.

He further claimed that American soldiers are already present in the country and urged the government to act quickly to avert a deeper crisis.

“America is already in Nigeria; this government must act fast,” the prophet warned.

Primate Ayodele, who is known for his politically charged prophecies, insisted that only spiritual remedies can save Tinubu’s administration from what he called the “forces of nemesis.”
