    Dangote names road to his refinery after Tinubu

    Dangote Group founder, Aliko Dangote has named the road leading to Dangote Refinery after President Bola Tinubu, the president’s spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga said on social media.

    Dangote announced the honour when he spoke about the various roads his group was building nationwide with tax credit. He road would now be known as Bola Ahmed Tinubu Road.

    Dangote, Africa’s richest man said the group is committed to spending N900 billion on roads, despite paying N450 billion in taxes last year.

    Tinubu visited the refinery for the first time on Thursday before commissioning the Lekki Deep Sea Port concrete road and flagging off Section 2 of the Lagos-Calabar superhighway and the 25 km 7th axial road linking the port, the Free Trade Zone and Dangote Refinery to Sagamu-Benin expressway, via Ijebu Ode.
