Nigeria and Bayern Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface gives thanks to God for life as he survives a ghastly accident.
Boniface took to his social media page to make the announcement as he shared some photos from the incident.
The footballer had been involved in an auto accident in his car abroad, which left much of the luxury car badly battered and damaged.
He sustained some injuries and has since been to the hospital for treatment and examination.
Sharing the post on his page, he expressed gratitude to God for his life and sustenance.
“So Una for hear say my enemy don die, thank you, Lord,” he captioned.
The accident comes after Boniface found the winner as Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen capped a fine attacking performance with a 2-1 home win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
