    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC will arraign Nigerian Air Force, NAF personnel that attempted to forcibly release fraud suspects in custody.

    Chronicle NG reported the arrest of the suspected fraudsters, Favour Itung, Rachael Ande, Suleiman Haruna, Abubakar Ismaila, and Solomon Olobatoke, without incident.

    Dele Oyewale, Head of Media and Publicity at EFCC PRO, said this on Saturday in a statement.

    The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, will charge the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, personnel to court upon concluding the ongoing investigation, following their release on administrative bail on Friday, November 17, 2023.

    The Commission released the officers to their service, strictly adhering to the bail procedures.

    The Commission emphasizes that it will follow due process to bring the case to a conclusion, ensuring that no one is above the law.
