The Presidential Election suit Court has continued the pre-hearing of the suit filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar (AA), against the All Progressive Congress’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, until Thursday, May 18, 2023.
The PDP and AA filed the CA/PEPC/05/2023 petition to challenge Tinubu’s election as president-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The petition’s first to third respondents are the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC.
The case was pre-heard on Thursday morning after counsel for Atiku and the PDP, Chris Uche SAN, expressed interest in the subject.
“I have Wole Olanikpekun’s permission to indicate interest in number 2 first,” he stated.
