The Lagos State Police Command has announced the completion of the exhumation of the corpse of the late Nigerian rapper, Illerioluwa Aloba, popularly called MohBad.
This was announced on Thursday by Benjamin Hundayin, the Force’s Public Relations Officer.
Hundeyin wrote, “Exhumation completed. Autopsy to commence.”
The ‘feel good’ crooner, who died on September 12, is alleged to have died from unnatural causes, with many alleging that his former boss, Naira Marley, and his associate, Sam Larry, had a hand in his demise.
The accusations led to the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, ordering the DSS to work in conjunction with the police to unravel the circumstances that led to his death.
Earlier, Chronicle NG reported that, in line with the ongoing investigation into the demise of the rapper, the auxiliary nurse who administered an injection to the late rapper before he died has been arrested for questioning.
The death of the superstar has sparked protests from fans and colleagues of the deceased.
