Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel praised Harry Kane after he scored on his Bundesliga debut.
After a season of speculation, England captain Harry Kane left Spurs earlier this month for Bayern Munich in a £100 million deal.
Kane made his Bundesliga debut with a goal and an assist as Bayern Munich defeated Werder Bremen 4-0 away from home on Friday night.
Thomas Tuchel was not surprised to see Kane score and believes he makes his teammates better.
“If you see him finishing in training, you know why he finishes in the matches because he does it all the time,”, the Bayern manager said, speaking to ESPN.
“It’s so clinical; it’s so calm. such a lot of composure. The guy is a top guy. He’s a top player. He’s got a fantastic personality and makes players around him better, so I’m very happy he’s here. Fantastic finish, good goal.
“It’s a big signing, and we’re very excited to work with him, actually, because it’s huge and it’s good for us “.
Kane played the ball into Leroy Sane, who sprinted in on goal and calmly finished to put Tuchel’s team ahead.
Kane scored his first goal for the club in the second half with a low finish inside the box before being substituted.
Sane scored his second goal of the game in the 90th minute before his replacement Mathys Tel ensured Bayern opened their Bundesliga championship defence in style.
Kane will make his Bundesliga debut for Bayern next Sunday against Augsburg at the Allianz Arena.
