An All Progressives Congress chieftain Bunmi Ojo was gunned down on Friday night in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti state capital near a football viewing center
The chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti state and former Special Assistant to former Governor Segun Oni was shot by unidentified gunmen.
He is reported to have been shot around a football viewing centre in Ado Ekiti, the state capital.
The death of Ojo has attracted comments in the social media with Adebayo Adebolu tweeting: “The way politicians and their urchins snuff life out of souls in Ekiti is way too bad. These killings must stop. Ekiti lost a vibrant comrade.’’
