    Shiona Turini, fashion editor, stylist to grace GTBank Fashion Weekend

    When fashion meets fashion, the outcome is usually a massive explosion. Creative Consultant, Freelance Fashion Editor and Stylist, Shiona Turini, will be there live at the GTBank Fashion Weekend, held on November 11th and 12th, 2017.

    Shiona Turini is a prolific fashion icon who has worked with over a dozen magazines, ranging from The New Yorker to Cosmopolitan.

    Born and raised in Bermuda, Shiona placed herself as one of the industry-leading experts when she took the responsibility to shoot all products exhibited in Cosmopolitan Magazine – the largest women’s publication in the world.

    Now based in New York, Shiona has worked with Teen Vogue and W Magazine, both as an Accessories Editor.

    Presently, she is a contributing editor at Amazon Fashion, Christian Dior, K’Dia Jewelry, Oscar de la Renta and other international brands.

    She has also worked with international brands such as Chanel and Tom Ford, among others.

    In 2014, Shiona began styling pop star sisters Beyoncé and Solange Knowles for their music videos and appearances, such as Formation, Cranes in the Sky and Don’t Touch My Hair.

    She was also the lead stylist for the equality campaign of global brand Nike, which featured LeBron James, Serena Williams
    and Gabby Douglas.

    Happening at Plot 1 Water Corporation Drive, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos, Shiona Turini, will be sharing her winning career tips in line with Digital Age Fashion at the GTBank Fashion Weekend. This session will be intense and will expose participants to the practical side of fashion as well as answer their most troubling questions.
